Personalized Approach

  • Review all the must haves and nice to haves for each job
  • Identify the right cultural fit
  • Compensation and company’s position in the market
  • Figure out the stakeholders
  • Gather information like:
    ▪️ How many rounds of interviews (in-person or virtual)
    ▪️ Who makes the hiring decision?
    ▪️ Who will be in charge of the scorecards?
  • Identify if there will be assessments necessary
  • Background and reference check process
    Build job description (if needed, additional fee)
  • Explain Next One Staffing process
  • Present the information gathered in the kick off meeting to make sure that we are on the same page with regards to the criteria of the search
  •  Establish additional criteria

  • Sourcing plan and strategy
  • Activate 24-hour search
  • Initial interview and screening with candidates
  • Building profiles and scorecards
  • Submit top 3 candidates to client

 
  • Arrange interviews between candidates and client
  • Provide the clients the scorecards
  • Assisted interview
  • Gather candidate feedback
  • Collect scorecard data between our Recruiting Manager and Hiring Manager
  • Set up 2nd, 3rd and final interviews
  • Assessments (if needed – additional fee)

  • Check in with the client how we are doing with the search to make sure we are aligned with the client’s expectations
  • Collect feedback and suggestions
  • Provide expert advice
  • Adjust process (if needed) based on the expectations of the client

  • Gather all compensation details from our client
  • Next One Account Manager will present and negotiate the compensation with the candidate
  • Create job offer

  • Meet with clients to share what the onboarding process will look like for the new hire’s first hour, day and week

  • Set check-in meetings on the first day, week and month with the Hiring Manager and new hire to make sure it is meeting the expectations from both ends

  • Once a quarter we check in with our clients to get their feedback about working with Next One Staffing and how we can make it a better experience for them moving forward
