Meet your latest Ask the Expert hosts – Next One Staffing! Ryan Buxbaum is the President, and Danessa Maynard is the COO. They have worked together in various capacities over the last decade and joined forces in 2020 to found Next One Staffing. The challenges of starting a recruiting company during a pandemic were tough, but not insurmountable and they both learned how to exceed client expectations and help their customers find the best employees. Ryan says that speed is a key to what Next One Staffing can do, devoting nearly 24 hours per day to your job search. Danessa has an extensive background in recruiting and she says understanding the client’s mindset and empathizing with their struggle to find the right employee really helps energize her team to find the perfect hire.
