Powerful man

This can give you an edge over other candidates. For example, if you work as an Administrative Assistant, provide test scores that highlight typing speed, Word, Excel, and Outlook knowledge. Employers may ask for additional testing, but by providing your own scores you’ll show not just your competence but that you’re willing to anticipate the employer’s needs before being asked (a priceless trait).

The range of tests available is mind boggling. The testing software we use at Next One Staffing includes even obscure topics like Canadian data entry, food prep, and even tests in staffing and recruiting. We now test job candidates before submitting them to our employer clients and we’ve had great results. Not only does this give our candidates a competitive advantage, but most tests come with a tutorial which allows our candidates to improve their initial score.
